Orders and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Standard tracked delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. Order by 3pm on a weekday and we send it the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are sent the next weekday. Parcels do not go out at weekends, so weekend orders are sent on Monday. We email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £25. Under £25 it costs [£3.99]. Express delivery is [£6.99]. You see the exact cost before you pay.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We deliver to UK addresses only for now. If you would like us to ship to your country, email us and we will let you know when we can.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as you can with your order number. If your parcel has not left us, we will change or cancel it. If it has, you can send it back when it arrives.
Returns and refunds
How do I return something?
You have 14 days to send most things back, and returns are free. Email us your order number and we will send you a prepaid returns label. Our delivery and returns page has the full details.
Can I return a chewable or underwear?
For hygiene reasons, chewables, earplugs and underwear can only be returned if the seal is unbroken. If something arrives faulty, we will always put it right.
When will I get my refund?
We refund your original payment method within 3 working days of receiving your return. We email you when it is done.
Products and safety
How do I choose the right weight?
Each weighted product page shows who each weight suits. Many people start with about 10% of their body weight. Weighted blankets are not suitable for babies, or for young children who cannot move them off by themselves.
Are your products safe?
Every product meets UK safety standards before we list it, and we keep the test reports on file. Age guidance and safety warnings are on every product page.
Is this product right for me?
Each product page has a How it feels section covering texture, weight, sound and smell. If you are still unsure, email us. We are happy to help you choose, with no pressure.
Your account and privacy
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account is optional and lets you see your orders and save your address.
Can I contact you without phoning?
Yes. Everything can be done by email or the contact form. A real person replies within 1 working day.
How do you use my data?
Only to process your order and reply to you, and to send emails if you say yes. We never sell your data. See our privacy policy.
